Hello, and thanks for visiting my sight. I'd like to take a few moments to tell you a little about myself.

I married my beautiful wife, Joey (yes, she has a boy's name) on Christmas Day 1996. We have —in my professional opinion—two of the sweetest, most photogenic children that I know (maybe that’s stretching it a little, but if you’re a parent I'm sure you feel just the same about your kids).

I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri and love to cook and spend time with family and friends as much as I can. I also love the outdoors: photography, camping, canoeing, hiking, biking, or taking the kids fishing.

I've had the privilege to travel and use my photography talents all over the globe, and many of my farthest journeys have been on mission trips. Being on missions for my Savior, Jesus Christ is a great honor, and going places like Mt. Everest, the Dead Sea, Africa, China and Vietnam always makes me stand in awe of His awesome creativity.

I love what I do. Photography is not just my job; it's one of my favorite things to do. As an on-location photographer one of the best things is my job takes me from small businesses to big industries to around the world, but it also takes me from meeting a new client to making a new friend as well.

Photography is always about the creativity, lighting and solving the puzzles of how everything happens at just the right instant, but I think most importantly photography is about the relationship and trust.

Please take some time to browse through my portfolio. I hope we get the chance to meet in the very near future.
